3. What output formats does SoundTaxi support?
For audio conversion SoundTaxi output formats are MP3, M4A (MPEG4 AAC), WMA and WAV, for video conversion – MP4 (MPEG4), WMV and AVI (DivX).
These output formats supported by different playing devices e.g. iPod, iPhone, iPad, Zune, any portable HDD and Flash MP3, MP4 players (Sony, iriver, SanDisk, Creative, Cowon, Samsung, Philips and many others), home DVD players, CD players, car audio and video, mobile phones etc.
4. What are the system requirements for SoundTaxi?
Operating system: 32-bit/64-bit Windows XP/Vista/7/8, Windows 2003, 256 Megabyte RAM Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player or Real Player or iTunes installed (depending on the file format you're converting).
5. What is the main requirement for conversion?
The main requirement for conversion is that you can play your original files in Windows Media Player / QuickTime Player / iTunes / Rhapsody software / Real Player (depending on the file type) on your PC. If that works, SoundTaxi should be able to convert them successfully.
6. Can I convert my file if the license have expired?
SoundTaxi converts media you’ve legally acquired and the files must have valid licenses. SoundTaxi doesn't bypass any copy protection and can't convert files if the license have expired.
7. Can I copy my DRM protected files to iPod/iPhone/iPad?
Yes, you can copy DRM protected files to your iPod after you have converted them with SoundTaxi.

8. Can I burn my DRM protected music to CD?
Yes, you can burn your songs to CD, after you have converted them with SoundTaxi.
9. What is the difference between SoundTaxi editions?
There are 4 SoundTaxi editions: Platinum, Professional, Pro+VideoRip and Media Suite. Each edition of SoundTaxi converts any audio files, but SoundTaxi Professional and SoundTaxi Pro+VideoRip do it much faster. Besides SoundTaxi Pro+VideoRip converts both any audio and video files. SoundTaxi Media Suite is a complete solution that contains 6 products: SoundTaxi Pro+VideoRip, RipTiger, TuneGet, RadioGet, 1Step DVD Copy, Disc Burner.
10. What is the limitation of the SoundTaxi trial version?
SoundTaxi trial (unregistered) version has limitations. Audio conversion is limited to 90 sec and video conversion is limited to 3 min. The trial (unregistered) version of SoundTaxi includes all features of (is equal to) SoundTaxi Pro+VideoRip version. By using this 'try-before-you-buy' version, potential customers can make sure that it is compatible with their computer systems and satisfy all of their requirements and demands before purchasing the full versions.
11. Can I use my SoundTaxi license code on multiple computers?
Sorry, according to our license policy, one SoundTaxi license code can be activated only on one computer. But we do offer a huge discount on the 2nd copy of the program, please contact our support and get your discount.
12. I did not receive my confirmation email/receipt email with my license code. What should I do?
Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders as the e-mail may have been sent there.
If you are still unable to locate the e-mail you may contact our customer support team using the form support_area_form.php and will be able to re-send you the license code.
13. Is it safe to download SoundTaxi? Is it spyware/virus/adware free?
It is absolutely safe to download and use SoundTaxi. 16. Is it legal to use SoundTaxi?
SoundTaxi doesn't bypass any copy protection. SoundTaxi is fully legal as it merely re-records the audio/video signal. By re-recording DRM protected media SoundTaxi does not modify the original DRM media. As a software user your legal rights are protected
